We hope you are delighted with the purchase from Atlanta Mocassin, however we understand if you wish to return any product. You may do that within 14 days from delivery date. Proof of purchase and original packaging are required to be eligible for returning. The original packaging must be in undamaged condition. Returned items must be in new conditions with no signs of use. We do not accept exchanges.
Credit Card refunds can take up to 5 working days depending on your bank's processing time – please note that we are unable to influence this. Shipping costs will not be refunded. This applies both to the original shipping cost for your order, as well as the return shipping cost. Due to merchandising restrictions, all returns must be shipped from the same country they were purchased from.
Non-Europeans: when returning an item from outside the European Union, you should incur in import charges and taxes. Any eventual import fees related to the return will be deducted from any eventual refunds.
Note that, if shipped order was supplied in error, incomplete, damaged or faulty, the return transportation costs will supported by us. For other reasons, the transporte value will be supported by customer. Please direct any queries to firstname.lastname@example.org before returning any package.

Original package must be undamaged and in mint condition;
Return must be sent within 14 days of receiving the package;
