MADE TO ORDER

In Portugal

All our moccasins are carefully handmade by order and production might take from 4 to 6 weeks, always subject to confirmation.

Delivery & Returns

ORDER CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT

For all orders a 10% advance payment is requested for confirmation and manufacturing.

Changes or cancellations are not accepted after order confirmation.

Balance payment will be subject to credit application analysis.

SHIPPING

All orders are processed and shipped from Portugal. The deliveries are made by our preferred partners such as DHL Express or Fedex (for European and Worldwide shipments) and CTT for shipments within Portugal and Spain. As soon as the order leaves our warehouse, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation email with the carrier website including the order tracking number to follow the progress of the delivery.

Orders not delivered and not accepted by the customer will return to our warehouse and the customer will be responsible for all transport costs of shipping and return, as well as any custom duties, in case the shipping address is outside the European Union.

SHIPPING COSTS

Please note that shippings costs are customer's responsability, and depend on the order quantity and destination country.

If you pretend to receive an estimate cost of the shipping of your order it should be requested to our sales team should be informed about it.

CUSTOM DUTIES

If the order country is outside de European Union, custom duties may be charged. These taxes vary from country to country, and are customer's responsability.

RETURNS

Returns are only accepted if the order is not in accordance with the requested. The customer has 5 business days after the receipt of the order to confirm that everything was well received.
