Project Description | The project “Strengthening the Digital Promotion of the Atlanta Mocassin Brand” aims to expand and consolidate the brand’s digital presence through the implementation of an integrated online marketing and communication strategy. The initiative is based on the development of unique content, digital advertising campaigns, and promotional activities on key digital channels, namely social media and Google, with the goal of reinforcing the brand’s premium positioning and highlighting the distinctive attributes of its products.
Through more strategic, consistent, and results-oriented communication, the project aims to increase Atlanta Mocassin’s visibility among new audiences and facilitate entry into new markets, while simultaneously fostering greater proximity and interaction with consumers. At the same time, improvements will be made to communication and customer relationship processes, contributing to a more efficient, distinctive brand experience aligned with the demands of the digital market.
Project Objectives | The project’s main objective is to strengthen Atlanta Mocassin’s positioning, brand awareness, and competitiveness in digital markets, promoting business growth by attracting new customers and expanding into new markets.
To achieve this objective, the following strategic actions will be implemented:
· Strengthen the focus on loafers as the brand’s signature product, highlighting their unique selling points, quality, and identity;
· Improve the brand’s digital communication channels, ensuring greater consistency, reach, and engagement with consumers;
· Develop more attractive digital content aligned with Atlanta Mocassin’s premium positioning, capable of effectively communicating the products’ attributes and values;
· Implement digital advertising campaigns aimed at attracting new audiences and markets through platforms such as Google and social media;
· Establish and strengthen strategic digital partnerships with influencers, content creators, and other relevant partners;
· Optimize internal processes related to communication and customer service, contributing to a more efficient and distinctive brand experience;
· Increase brand awareness and recognition in domestic and international markets, strengthening its presence in the digital environment.
